At Zion Lutheran, we provide a loving, faith-based environment where children grow academically, socially, and spiritually. As a Christian daycare, we incorporate Christian values and Bible stories into our daily activities, helping children develop a strong moral foundation while preparing for their educational journey.

 

 Our History & Leadership

 Founded in 1987 by Kathy Jenkins, Zion Lutheran has been a trusted part of our community for decades. Today, her daughter, Casey Hanway, carries on that legacy as our Director, alongside Assistant Director Adri Everson. Their dedication to providing quality Christian childcare ensures that every child in our care is nurtured, loved, and prepared for the future.

 What Makes Us Unique? 

• Faith-Based Learning – Our curriculum includes Bible stories, prayer, and Christian teachings to nurture a love for God. Our pastor visits weekly to share a special Bible story with the children. 

• State-Licensed & ICCP Certified – We meet all state requirements for childcare, ensuring a safe and structured environment.

 • Preschool Education – We prepare children for kindergarten through engaging, age-appropriate learning activities.

 • Qualified & Caring Staff – Our team is CPR and First Aid certified, with all certifications kept up to date. We also complete yearly training courses to continue growing as educators.
